GENERAL INFO
Xylokastro is a coastal contemporary built-up-area with a quite big tourist activity during summer.

It is 34 km. distance from Corinthos with population about 5.000 inhabitants. It is worth to visit the church of Ayios Elassios and Ayios Gerassimos.

Next to it, there is a hall where there are displayed ecclesiastical relics of Faneromenis, of paleochristian order.
There are taverns, coffeehouses and bars.

A celebration takes place in the 11 of February, in the feast of Ayios Elassios.
You can go for swimming to Xylokastro’s beach and in Pefkias. You can have a walk in Pefkia’s wood, as well. In Xylokastro you can get by bus from Corinthos. There also taxis.
